Click for more detail... I have been an Amateur Radio Operator since 1959 and enjoy all aspects of the hobby. I was previously licensed as WV2EYJ as a Novice and when I upgraded was assigned the call of WA2EYJ. I changed my call in the mid 80's to W2YJ. Currently I am hunting new Countries for the various ARRL and CQ awards. I am a member of the Western New York DX association. Please visit our WEB site at WWW.WNYDXA.ORG. I currently use a Elecraft K3, or a new Icom 7600 and a Icom IC-4KL or an Ameritron AL-1500, (when legal). Antennas include a SteppIR 3 element beam with the 30/40 meter add on kit at 55 feet, a 350-foot flat-top at 50 feet fed with open wire for the lower frequencies as well as a SteppIR Big IR vertical and an inverted L for 160 meters. I live in the town of Marilla, N.Y. but the U.S. mailing address is East Aurora, NY 14052. Marilla NY is located 20 miles SE of Buffalo, NY or 45 miles SE of the mighty Niagara Falls. I QSL 100% via direct, ARRL "Log Book of The World" (LOTW), and the QSL BURO. No EQSL. Hope to meet you on the bands.
