(Formerly KB3JLZ)

I am a retired Navy AEGIS Fire Control Technician and currently the Lead shock and vibration engineering technician for a National Laboratory. I have been licensed since April 2003 and really enjoy being an amateur radio operator (sometimes I wonder why I didnt do it sooner...) I prefer SSB and Digital modes (070 #352 and 30m digital group #400) yeah yeah.... I havent gotten my first CW QSL yet but im working on it...(albeit rather SLOWLY!) I am also RACES/ARES here in the county and do assist in anything that I am requested to assist in and not a moment before!

Now for the QSL info (March 2014 update!)....

Not a lot has changed in that I really do prefer paper QSL's and I will will QSL 100% with you that way but, the new and improved me (since I earned my extra) has just finished registering with LOTW and I will accept your LOTW requests.
