Hello, I hope since you are looking me up on QRZ that means I’ve had the pleasure of meeting you on the air. Below is a little history about my experience in ham radio. Licensing: Technician April 4th 2008, General October 5th 2009, and Extra June 10th 2011. Call signs: KE5TSY, N5LTM, NG5C and currently W5HP. QSL: I use LotW, and eQSL. I also enjoy collecting and sending paper qsl's. I will answer 100% of paper qsl's I receive, No SASE required. You can send paper qsl's direct or through the bureau. In the shack: I’m running a Flex 3000 for HF/6M along with a Ameritron AL-80B amp. I'm running an Icom 208H as my 2/440 rig. My antenna’s are a Cushcraft A4 on 10, 15, and 20 meters on a 35ft tower, a G5RV all band wire dipole at 35ft strung between two trees, and a J pole at 20ft for 2/440. In the mobile: I'm running a Yaesu FT-8800 into a Comet SBB-7 for 2 meters and 440. I'm running a Icom 706 mkiig into a Tarheel 200A antenna for HF. I enjoy DXing, contesting, and rag chewing. I mainly work SSB but from time to time I will run PSK31. Over the next few months I would like to try my hand at CW. During contests I go by my middle name Tom. I’m currently working on my WAS and DXCC awards. I need qsl cards from the following states: MO, and SC. I’m a member of the North Richland Hills ARC K5NRH. www.nrharc.org. I also serve on the board of trustees for the club. Our club will be working Field Day the last full weekend in June from 18:00-18:00 UTC Saturday, and Sunday. Please give us a shout if you hear us, or if you are in the neighborhood please stop by, it would be our pleasure to have you visit us. 73 de W5HP ARRL Life Member W5YI CVE & ARRL VE
