I am the W/VE QSL manager for UA0IAS, home operation only. I have NO logs for any UA0IAS/IOTA operations nor will I receive any logs for those operations.

For all IOTA confirmation please QSL direct to Vlad Kolodkin, P.O. Box 11. Palatka, 686111, Magadanskya,Russia. Also please be advised that at the present IOTA is not accepting any cards for the IOTA operations by UA0IAS since he has not submitted documentation for his portable IOTA operations.

I am also the QSL manager for RZ0IWR for W/VE QSOs only. All other QSLs should be sent to the above address or through the bureau.

That station is the youth club station for the area with all equipment, antennas, etc handbuilt by the radio students

under the tutelage of Vlad, UA0IAS.
