Retired at 70 from 8 yrs teaching HS Industrial Arts and 40 yrs as a photographer. 1936 Model, a bit rusty and some new parts but still running. Novice (KN8AWU) in 1955, WB8AUK since 1968. Married to the same woman for 52 yrs! Two daughters, five grandkids.

Vices: Ham Radio, RC flying, 1990 Virago, deer hunting.

Majority of operating is VHF/UHF SSB. 55' HB tilt-over tower for 50-432Mhz. Lots of wire hanging from the tower & trees for HF.

Missed one year of the Dayton Hamvention since 1969, lot of water over than dam since then and sometimes through the flea market!

Many friends and memories from the ham years. Always some activity, home, away, in a vehicle, something to fall asleep by thinking what to do next.
