Thanks for looking me up. I will QSL DIRECT 100%. LoTW is the preferred method but will qsl direct card for card S.A.E. only. No postage or green stamps necessary. (e-qsl is OK too just be sure to click the box marked notify wc1y by email because I don't usualy check unless they notify me)) I do not use the bureau so don't send anything via bureau. My station is a Yaseu FT-101B @100W, as well as a FT-1000 @ 200W for contesting, and a Icom IC-V8000 for 2 meters. My antennas are a Cobra UltraLite Jr. Multi-band wire antenna by the Granite State Antenna co, set up as a inverted V with the apex approx.40 feet above the ground. I use a Cushcraft A27010S dual band 5 el + 5 el beam 40 feet above ground for 2 meters and 70 cm. I am located in a small town In Massachusetts called Palmer, which is located about 65 miles (105 km.) west of Boston and 12 miles (19 km) east of Springfield just off of I-90 . I have been a "ham" since Aug.2008 and was originally licensed as KB1RBZ. I upgraded to a General class in Oct.2009 and upgraded to extra class in January of 2012,and changed my call to WC1Y. I am a avid DX'er and contester, and have worked well over 200 countries. I am a member of the Hampden County Radio Association, the Mount Tom Amateur Radio Association Skywarn and the A.R.R.L.
