I got interested in ham radio because of: the lack of interest in cb/ of dx & the radio bug.__/ of W3KT, JESSIE BIEBERMAN/ of W3LOG, BOB LOGAN/ OF WA3IRP, JOHN FRIEND AND HIS DAD/ alot of good folks who were willing to take their time with a novice, especially as I learned the code. It takes time and patience. Thats in short supply these days.

I am a member of the following ham radio clubs... ARRL,FISTS,In this picture Zuza, my daughter, who laughs, but later becomes KI4RFE surprizes even herself. She never thought she could get the license.

The funniest thing that ever happened to me on the air was... DISCOVERED MY 5THGRADE TEACHER BECAME A HAM, N3AO CARTER CRAIGIE, 20 YEARS AFTER BEING A STUDENT IN HIS CLASS. Great Guy!

WHEN not on the radio, you can normally find me... WORKING IN THE Psychatric HOSPITAL-as RN, Psych nurse. When u get ready to be carried away kicking & screaming, I'll be there to u pick u up,give u ur shot of antipsychotic, perhaps thorazine, & lock u up. I go easy on the ham ops who have lost it however. There are more than u think who have gone off the deep end thereby have been "committed" to an institution. A fair share of these unfortunates who have suffered a break with reality are contesters!!!! Cw ops seem to be the least prone to madness. Dont ask me why?
