My station includes all bands from 1.8 mhz to 1.2 ghz. I am mostly into VHF and above operating, but will chase rare ones on HF when I can catch them. I use mostly phone but some data modes, rtty and sstv among them.
Station includes, Kenwood TS-2000X, Yaesu FT-897, FT-857 and FT-736R and transverter for 902/3. My station on APRS is WV9E-1, w/ MFJ 1278 and RS HX-202 HT (24-7 WX since 1999). I am semi active on satellite, as bug bites on any particular day I tend to operate on the SSB birds as the FM ones are so crowded these days. Recent addition of a TS-520 Kenwood is a fun radio to operate. I hope to retro-operate my way down to the first AM phone transmitters as time and money allow. UPDATE: just bought a Drake TR-4 , AC-4 and MS-4 on the way to spark. Ok, as the new picture shows, I took a slight detour into some Heath kit stuff
I have yagis up for all the VHF bands I have, but only wire/dipole antennas for HF at this time. My first tower is up, 54 foot Rohn55 self-supported. No branches yet, but will have in the next few weeks. Hopefully before the WIQP late March.
QSL directly or Log Book of the World. LoTW is very handy and I wish more of my VHF cardchallenged QSO's would sign up look for me in the
