As of September 2013: All QSLs received direct have returned by direct mail and. All bureau QSL's received have been sent through bureau via GlobalQSL.com . If you expect my card and have not received it email me with details of your QSO and I will check to see if it was sent.

My station WY2E , is located in the New York Mid Hudson River Valley, about 60 miles north of Manhattan. My Friends call me Fred.

My favorite operating modes are digital including psk, and JT65. Sometimes I operate SSB and usually do so during our clubs events including Field Day. The only phone contests I participate in are the more relaxed ones including HF and VHF.

My primary station is an Elecraft K3 with an internal ATU. Homebrew antennas include a 110ft doublet NE/SW and a 56ft doublet NW/SE, up about 55 feet. Elecraft KPA500 and KAT500 for 500w out on 160-6m.

Icom 7000, LDG Z-11 ATU, SignaLink USB interface. for 6m - 70cm, HF portable and mobile operations.

Alinco DR-135 for 2m with MFJ-1278 for Packet and APRS

Other antennas include whatever I am experimenting with at the time including: verticals and vertical dipoles for HF as well as Moxons and beams for VHF. For antenna modeling I use either MMANA or EZNEC.

Club No's: DMC-860, PODXS070-0765 , 30MDG-6062 , EPC-19571 , FH 911
