DXing takes a back seat today as DXers around the world mourn the
loss of LUIS CHARTARIFSKY, XE1L.

Messages of shock and condolence flooded the internet overnight as
friends and fellow DXers world-wide expressed their memories of Luis.

Luis was a member of the Clipperton Island, TX5K team and had just
returned to San Diego when he suffered a massive heart and passed away
shortly thereafter.

My condolences to the family of Luis who we knew as a friend, a
fellow DXer/contester and a fine man.
