QSL image for ZL1KEN

Hi

I got my limited licence in 1985 and upgraded to general in 1989 with the callsign ZL1BQL. Due to other commitments I did very little ham radio from 1999 - 2009. In April 2010 I changed my call to ZL1KEN.

As I am very partially sighted I enjoy rag chewing instead of contests. Easier for note taking and being able to answer your questions.

Other interests are boating and fishing.

My equipment is an Icom 7410 usually running 90watts into a Mosley TA 33 MW at 10.5 metres ,also have a wire dipole fed with open wire feeder centre at 12.0 metres for 80 / 40 metres, also operates very well on 20 17 15 12 and10 metres.

Also have added the ALS 1300 solid state amp

73

Ken
