I live in a flat (Apartment). The radio noise is bad. Not all is lost I have 70 CMs (433 Mhz). I use packet radio with Telnet to the net. I also use Echolink and eQSO and DStar.

Portable 144Mhz and 432 Mhz is the latest addition to my activities and I use FM, SSB and CW.

I am on the HF bands when I can, but the electrical and electronic noise here in the flat (apartment) is horrible.

So packet mail is G4IJL@GB7COW.#44.GBR.EU The software I am running is WinPack V6.8 in Telnet mode.

I am also on Echolink and some times on eQSO. I am also on DSTAR with a computer dongle in the laptop.

I am a member of RAYNET and help with my two metre portable equipment. This is for emergency communications.
