The Radio Amateur Society of Chumphon (RASC) and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Southern Office will sponsor the Royal Plaque Boat Race and Hae Phra Festival 2004 at Lang Suan in the Chumphon province of Thailand from October 29 to November 2, 2004. To help celebrate these events look for HS8AC/p to be QRV on 10 through 160 meters on CW, SSB, RTTY and SSTV. The 160 meter activity will be on 1822 and on 80 meters they will be on 3504. Also during the CQ WW SSB DX Contest they will be in the multi-single category.
