Hello All,

My name is Randy.I was licensed in Febuary 1999 as KD5 GJR a No code tech.I quickly discovered 6 mtrs,and went wild.My Yaesu FT 847 and Horizon IV 2 killowatt amplifier let me earn VUCC on 6MTRS with over 225 certified.I am also active on 2 mtr ssb,and 70 cm ssb.

In October of 2003 i finally passed the code hurdle after 2 years and 4 tests! Upgrading to general class and i changed my call to K5 GJR.I hope to have as much fun on HF as i have had on VHF.Hope to work you soon!
