I started out as a Novice, WN2UIJ on August 25, 1965. I upgraded to General, WA2CQW on August 25, 1967. I moved up to Advanced on August 25, 1970 while in college. Then I made it to Extra on June 29, 1976. My call stayed as WA2CQW until we moved from upstate NY to south Florida. I told the FCC I moved and became N4GV. I was N4GV from May 26, 1977 to August 11, 1977. I applied for N4TL and my call changed to N4TL on August 12, 1977. I started chasing DX in 1980 and made DXCC in 1981. It took about 10 years to make the Honor roll. I made it to the top of the Honor roll by working BS7 in May of 2007. I am also working on the ARRL's Challenge award. I am up to 2010 confirmed as of March 24, 2012. I respond to ALL QSL card requests in a timely manner. I placed all my QSOs for the last few years on LoTW. If you had a QSO with me from prior years that is not on LoTW and would like it confirmed there, send me an email and I will add it. My Grid square is FM05.
