Operate 80m to 70cm from home primarily SSB and digital modes with occasional forays into 160m and soon to 1296MHz.

Interested in 6m and above - regular participant in ARRL VHF and above contests especially the June QSO Party. Member of VE3WCC multiop station organized by the West Carleton Amateur Radio Club as a field day style expedition to FN04xa about 3 hours drive from Ottawa. Also dabble in microwave adventures supporting Ray VE3FN at 10GHz and 24GHz in various locations hunting for new and distant contacts especially during the 10GHz and above contest for the August and September weekends

Active in public service amateur radio as a member of the Ottawa Emergency Measures Radio Group (Ottawa ARES), and through providing communications support to events like local bicycle races and every February at the Canadian Ski Marathon (2011 pictures ,2012 pictures).
