Call sign (HB9CVQ) misused, e.g. on 80m in RUDX CW Contest 16. March 08 early
morning, by local, probably mentally sick, notorious HB9-QRMer.
About QRMer and receiving now often CW-Pirate(faked)Calls here, please read

still not ready yet.
Latest QSL info: Uploaded almost all logs (>80.000) under HB9CVQ to e-QSLs
(Status AG) http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/Index.cfm and LOTW
http://www.arrl.org/lotw/.
Also frequently using VK3UR, W4MQ http://www.w4mq.com and other IRB stns for
condx/ant. testing.
Regarding QSL-Info, incl. HB0/HB9CVQ and others, as well as Contests, my
priority is always LOTW/eqsl + answering direct cards. QSO-UPLOAD normally at
the end of each month. I am presently not working on my "QSL via
bureau" response anymore. Experience however showed this may typically
take more than one year, if started prudently! The choice is yours.
Local QRMer (mostly in CW and in particular for QRQ QSOs)/ Call sign Faker (in
CW) :
If you do not find my call in your log and still receive QSO/QSL data from
HB9CVQ anyway, this might be caused by fake calls issued by a notorious, local
QRMer and faker, probably from the greater Zurich area. -Sorry-
Generally just listen in the evening/night e.g. in CW on 40/80m/30m for any DX
and check carefully for strange QRM (stupid, close-by QSOs, very weak, faked
QRSSS QSOs on QRG, morse-runner data-sometimes digital signals or
ionospheric-propagation sweepers, wav-files). The QRMer seems to use a QRO fix
station and lower power remote link(s)? with simple QSO pre-programmed text.
Sometimes this QRM occupies a 15 KHz and + wide spectrum with various fake stns
of different "signal strength" e.g. in a practically dead 40m band.
What a waste of spectrum! Often Russian calls are misused. That is not real DX
because direction and signal at remote radios do not match. Please do a
plausibility check on the DX stns you find in DX-Cluster. Very recent QRZ.com
entries are sometimes faked too.
Listen because your call could potentially soon be misused in this CW pile-up
simulation. Help investigating/eliminating/curing this great EU-EVIL. This
person appears to be very frustrated/aggressive and possibly mentally sick.
Acting daily as a "radio" stalker, which is now also in Switzerland
considered illegal, acc. to "Art. 28b Abs. 1 ZGB", as per 1. July
2007 .
By the way, my (25Y) former, local radio club HB9Z does not support any
investigations to stop this evil; on the contrary they keep deliberately a
blind eye. Ignoring this international HAM Radio problem does not seem to be a
solution.
Tnx. Anyway enjoy DXing, contesting and/or Rag Chewing, cu.
Never the less justice and HAM-SPIRIT will prevail, no question!
