Biography Info:

I am a US citizen, expatriate living in the Rep of Panama since 1973. Currently retired from US Federal Service, I am starting a new career as a sailor and coffee farmer.

I have had the call HP2XBA in Panama since the mid 70's and will be oprating it as a maritime mobile for the next few years; I also have the US Amateur Extra AG4XE.

We also run a Winlink RMS here in Panama.
