I was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma in 1945.  I was a RADIOMAN in the US Navy from 1963 till 1967 and was licensed in 1968  and later upgraded to Extra Class as K5YK.  I am a member of the Johnson Space Center Amateur Radio Club and like to work DX and CW.  My Station is an ICOM 756ProII with an Ameritron  AL-811H  Linear Amplifier.  Antennas are at 40 - 45 feet.
