Born and raised in Iowa. Mechanical Engineer from Iowa State. Married in 1939. Five children, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Retired in 1977 from Bell Laboratories. Hobbies are golf, woodworking, computers, amateur radio,aviation and traveling. Have frequently lectured on travel adventures. Enjoy chatting on most subjects.
