Interests include amateur radio/SWL, kayaking and canoeing,birds and wildlife. A volunteer and one time career Firefighter/EMT. Currently a member and Chaplain of the Beaver Dams Fire Dept. Trained and certified in CISM.

Operate on 2 meter and 440 mhz. with TM-G70A and DM-700 mobile and TS-2000, IC-M710, and FT-1000MP MARK V base. Home QTH antennas include a B& W folded dipole, Carolina Windom 80, a 2meter 7 element yagi and a 11 element 70cm yagi. For digital modes I use a SCS PTC IIex to a Pentium 4 computer.
