I've been an amateur radio operator since Sept 2003. Before I received my
vanity call in Oct 2003, I was KC8YHX. I am an honorary historian for the
Youngstown Fire Department in NE Ohio and I also maintain youngstownfire.com
hence my vanity call choice, W8YFD. I am also Vice President of the Greater
Youngstown Monitoring Association (GYMA), a radio communications club in
Youngstown, Ohio.
