I live in the back woods of Maine with my wife, who is a Ham, my daughter, who
is also a Ham, and two of my three Son's, who are also hams.
Also I enjoy Packet-APRS, DXing, (When Band conditions permit), and talking
with local Hams on the VHF/UHF Bands. My family and I enjoy camping, and
attending the local hamfests, where we get to catch up on things with our
friends, and also where we meet new friends. This Hobby has truely enriched our
lives through the wonderful people it has allowed us to meet.
I have put up a UHF Repeater, here in Freedom, Maine. The frequency is
443.500/448.500 with a 103.5 pl tone. If your in the area by all means make use
of the repeater.
