I GO BY THE NICK NAME HOPPY
I was born May 1, 1937 in Denver Colorado, raised in Encino, California,
traveled thru every State in the USA, Also Traveled extensivly in Mexico and
Canada.
Main Station configuration: Kenwood MC-60 Mic., Kenwood TS-2000x, Antenna: is a
SteppIR 4 Element (6-20 meters with 40/30 Dipole) turned with a YAESU G2800XA
Rotor. The tower is a Heights Tower Co. free standing aluminium crankup/tilt
over at 47 feet. That plus 92 feet AMSL puts me at 139 feet AMSL. Slopper for
10-160 meters facing North and a dual bander VHF/UHF antenna at 24 feet.

I live in the small town of Marksville in Avoyelles Parish (county) Louisiana.
The town is almost center of the state and the area is primarilly Farming and
Cattle. We do have an Indian Reservation and the Paragon Casino. They have a
great RV park and also a very good golf course as well as the modern Hotel,
Movie Theater, Resturants and big name intertainment weekly. Population is made
up of Red Necks, No Necks and them that think they got Necks but mostly nice
