I am the electronics program manager with the national weather service in the
western part of the great united states. I have been a technician and have
worked with the federal government, including the u.s. coast guard most of my
life. My passion in amateur radio is public service and APRS. I have APRS in
all my vehicles so give me a holler. I usually listen to the great snowbird
intertie or my repeater on 447.525- pl 107.2 If you see me in your area I am
usually inspecting an office or installing a noaa weather radio. 73 joe
