I manage a Software Quality Assurance department for a pharmacy software company based in Atlanta. Back in the late 70’s (when I was in High School) I held a Novice ticket and my call sign was WD4KQW. I have just recently had my interest renewed in Amateur Radio and earned my Technician ticket August 2001 and General ticket December 2001. I am currently working toward Amateur Extra Class and hope to pass it soon! My hobbies are of course Ham Radio but I also enjoy general computer technology, boating, and woodworking. I am a member of GARS (Gwinnett Amateur Radio Society) and can usually be found on their repeater (147.075MHz) around 8AM and 6PM. Recently I became interested in APRS.
