FOREIGN: Include only $1 USD, or current USA Airmail Stamp ($0.94), or 1 IRC. No need to include SAE (Self Addressed Envelope) as I have a large supply of Airmail envelopes. Just provide a return address on or in your envelope.

All QSL cards received without sufficient return postage will be returned via the ARRL QSL Bureau. I return QSL 100%, most answered next day.
