Retired graduate accountant, BS Accounting, Weber State College, Ogden, UT 1971. Eagle scout, life-long scouter, received BSA's distinguished Silver Beaver Award in 1996.

Active in genealogy and temple work, volunteer at This is the Place Heritage Park, and volunteer at Alta View Hospital. An active gardener, receiving his Master Gardener certificate in 1992. Enjoys fishing, camping, and time with the family.

Married to Wilda, five children, 18 grandchildren, 4 greatgrandchildren.
