I have been a ham for since 1980, and I have found it a very enjoyable
hobby, and I like meeting people and just talking, I am not into contesting,
but if I hear a DX station I will try about 3 times and then move onI mainly
like the digital modes; normally you can find me on 20m RTTY.
I enjoy building my own antennas, radio interfaces and computers
When I was on the road as a Field Engineer for MGE UPS Systems I ran HF and
2 meter, its nice way to pass the time going to a customer site in another
state.
I now telecomute performing technical support for field engineers and
customer, and have a radio on most of the time.
