As we do not have a qsl buro in Suriname I can only qsl direct. Send qsl with SAE and two greenstamps (US$)or euro's. As of July 01, 2007 I will NOT, I repeat I will NOT accept IRC's anymore, as they are NOT accepted by the Post Office in Suriname. Cards received with IRC's will NOT be returned. Self addressed envelopes with stamps of foreign countries are of NO USE in PZ-land. Even IBRS return envelopes from Japan are NOT accepted. I do NOT e-qsl or send cards via e-mail.
