Subject: ADI AR-446 Mod

Expanding the TRANSMIT frequency range of the ADI Model 
AR-446 tranceiver

To extend the transmit frequency range to 130-180 mHz, remove the
bottom cover (2 screws) and cut the jumper wire.  It is a very obvious
loop of wire.  To convert back, reconnect the jumper.
