K9NG109.BIN is a dump of the 27C64A (250ns) EPROM used to implement data
scrambling in the K9NG 9600 bps packet modem as described by Steve Goode, K9NG,
"Modifying the Hamtronics FM-5 for 9600 BPS Packet Operation," in the
Proceedings of the Fourth ARRL Amateur Radio Computer Networking Conference,
held March 30, 1985, in San Francisco.  That article contains the schematic.
