I have an Icom IC-208H dual band (2 meter/440) mobile tranceiver that I purchast new at Texas Towers last year. This radio has an output of 55w on vhf & 50w on uhf. I also have the seperation cable for the detacable face and every thing else that come new with the radio. I am in the process of looking for the box. This radio is very clean and operates perfectly. I also have a high gain dual band comet antenna along with a roof NMO mount with coax and PL-259
The second radio I have is a Realistic HTX-100 mobile 10 meter cw/ssb tranceiver. 25w power output. The Radio looks nice and operates perfectly. I aslo have an NMO 5/8 mobile antenna for this radio.
I am looking to trade for an older soild HF rig 160m-10m

Kenwood TS-440 S/AT $500 |

I’ve finally decided to sell my TS-440 S/AT to make some space for other gear.
The radio has been very lightly used over its whole life and I am the second owner, having had it since 1996. The last few years it has been used only 2-3 times a year for things like field day and other events where the portability of the 440 is much better than a TS-850 and the built in tuner saves a lot of messing around.
Physically, it is in excellent condition. No scratches, etc. It is an S/N 8040xxx unit and has the YK-88C regular CW filter and the YK-88SN narrow SSB filter. It also has the TU-8 tone unit, the standard microphone, power cord, and instruction manual. I also have both boxes for the radio (the inner box and the shipping box.)
I’ve seen the TS-440 go for as little as $380 recently, and as much as $580 for a unit that was in good condition but had no filters (how did someone manage to use THAT radio?) I'm asking $500 plus shipping.
I’m very much inclined to sell it to a local ham for a lower price ($450), to get them on HF since this is a pretty nice rig and is pretty much ready to go. About the only thing more you could do to the radio is add a computer interface.
I also have the service manual and would like $75 or best offer for it.
Only serious inquiries please.
