41' Crank up Tower |

41 foot crank up US Tower Model TMM-541SS has a maximum height of 41' without mast and a minimum nested height of 12.' This tower consists of 5 sections, the top one being 10" and the bottom one being 21 5/8." For rotor information, the inside diameter of the top section is 5 9/16." This tower weighs 430 lbs. It comes standard with a hand winch, hinged base, anchor bolts (1 1/8" x 27" long), a rotor plate (approx. down 4' inside the tower) and an 8' mast.
The average wind load ratings for the TMM-541SS are as follows:
70 MPH Winds -- 12 sq. feet; 50 lbs.
50 MPH Winds -- 35 sq feet; 150 lbs.
The TMM-541SS tower alone retails for $2,600.00 @AES

W/E Collins KWM-2A w/PM-2 power supply. Rig works but needs an alignment, Main tuning knob slips at one spot on the dial as you rotate it, and it is missing a few cover screws and the screws to fasten the PM-2 to the rig. Power out is 100 watts on 80 meters and drops to about 60 watts on 10 meters. Has the upgraded relay package. This is a very clean radio but has some paint chips around the edges. No mic or manual. I can send pictures of any angle...just ask what you want to see. $850.00 SHIPPED lower 48. AK and HI will be extra and I will ship international at your expense.

ID number AXA9MCTR10SC, 2 channel VHF highband radio. It is currently progreammed for 154.570 MHZ and 154.600 MHZ. Power output is 10 watts. I do not have the capability to check the receiver sensitivity, but compared to GE Rangr it hears as good if not better than the Rangr. This is a used radio and some normal wear is to be expected. The radio comes with mobile mounting bracket, power cable, microphone and microphone holder. The radio is sold as is, but will not be DOA.

706MKIIG, minor scuffs and scratches, good condition and has worked fine for me for several months (I've had it since January of this year - I bought it used off of QRZ). It has the MARS/CAP mod and the fan mod (to keep the fan running at a slow speed while in receive - doesn't affect xmit). Includes a homemade tuner control (not VERY pretty) to allow it to output 10W for around 10 seconds in order to tune with an external ATU. Also includes the HM103 hand mic, original owner's manual, box (but not the packing - it was missing upon receipt), the UT106 AF DSP unit (which is standard), and the following filters:
FL-272 - 2.4kHz (standard)
FL-223 - 1.9kHz
FL-232 - 350Hz
Nothing else included. Pics available on request.

RadioShack Realistic DX-440 Shortwave Receiver. I'm the original owner of this radio and have used it very little. Bought it new 12/91 for $149.95. It has the original shoulder strap, users' manual and box. Also has an aftermarket 9vdc AC adapter that works ok. It looks like new and receives well on all bands: 150 to 29,999 kHz LW/MW/SW and 87.5 to 108.0 mHz FM. This radio hasn't been modified, but several mods are on the Internet to remove the "chuffing" sound heard while tuning and to make the BFO Pitch control act as a fine-tuning control when the BFO is turned off. It has the usual quirks that most DX-440s (as well as the Sangean ATS-803A which is the same radio) like the tuning knob tunes in 3 speeds 1, 10 & 100 kHz steps usually at the same time. There are plenty of websites that go into detail about this radio, its mods and quirks.

Hello.
I have a very nice IC-7800 that I bought from a friend last August. I wanted to try one before I went out and spent the big bucks for a new one. Guess what? I've tried it fo almost a year and I love the radio and am now wanting to get a new one for myself at Dayton next wk. It is in very good cond. with one small inperfection on the lower left hand side near the mike plug. There is a small paint chip about 1/4 the size of a pencil eraser. It is touched up and barely noticable. I had it for 4 months before I found it. Other than that I can't find anything at all wrong with the radio. It works like a dream. 3'rd roofing filter has been installed by Icom, firmware is 2.03, ser. # 0201137. I will ship for actual cost but will prefer a cash pick up in Indy so as you can try before you buy. I have the box, manual, rack mount handles and power cord for it. Need deal closed before 05/15/08 if possible. $7700.00 + shipping. Certified chk. ok but held until clrd. More pics for serious inquires. Sales to the US lower 48 only. Thanks for looking.
