I send 100% paper QSL via Bureau (using www.globalqsl.com), plus eQSL plus LoTW by default
please consider using LoTW yourself, it is free, but only about 10% of all hams use it (http://www.arrl.org/lotw/start.html, after registration it will work almost automatically with most log programmes).
If you send me a QSL card directly, I will answer directly as well (no stamps necessary).
