My name is Leif and I got my full Ham-license at Easter 2004. My QTH (JP65PS) is near by the town Mosjøen (see picture below), who lies approximately 150 km south of the Arctic Circle in the north of Norway. Work on all band from 160 - 2 meters, in Phone and CW mode. Like often working QRP with my Yeasu FT-817 5W QRP radio. So a wire antenna, battery and FT-817 is often in the back-pack on smaller trips.
My family and I goes often to our cottage in holydays and weekends. It lies up in the mountains and its a good place to work Ham-radio. Picture below shows my cottage at wintertime (taken 12 of May 2012).
The south and north view from Cottage. (Pictures are taken late January 2012. Sun is at this time just shining over the mountains at mid day.)
