K3Y/3 INFO

This year I will be returning as an Area 3 operator for SKCC's K3Y event.

K3Y is the month-long special event celebrating the Straight Key Century Club's anniversary. During the month of January, you can work K3Y operators in all 10 call areas in the United States for a certificate, with our DX operators as endorsements.

K3DRQ's scheduled times as K3Y/3 (subject to change):

1/2 @ 1900Z-2130Z

1/9 @ 2000Z-2300Z

1/16, 1/23, 1/30 @ 1900Z-2200Z

To see what frequency I'm currently on, go here: https://sked.skccgroup.com/

For times of other K3Y operators, see here: http://www.skccgroup.com/cgi-bin/calendar.pl?year=2018&month=1

QSL information for K3DRQ operating as K3Y/3:

I will send members of the SKCC QSL buro a paper card (as K3DRQ). If you would like a paper QSL card (from K3DRQ), I will reply, no SASE needed. As always, I will eQSL (as K3DRQ).

Bragging Rights:

On Easter Sunday of 2013, I received 3 awards within those 24 hours UTC, each based on only CW contacts!

The awards were SKCC's Tx2 and eQSL's eWAS-CW awarded simultaneously with a mixed-mode eWAS.

QSL info:

US: I love paper! I will always reply to paper, no SASE needed. I use the SKCC buro when possible.

DX: I will send a card to you direct. You can reply either direct or via the international IARU/ARRL buro. (SKCC club buro OK too.)

I always eQSL. I am AG and a Gold Member. (click here for my profile)

Please confirm my eQSLs so I can use them for awards.
eQSL's awards require both hams to be AG (Authenticity Guaranteed). If you haven't done so already, please request the AG postcard, so that our QSO can count towards eQSL's awards.

Sorry, no LoTW or QRZ Logbook.

Thank you & 73, Dan Q
