I go by: "Wally" ...  here's my current shack and antennas ...

(1) HF - Yaesu FTDX3000, Yaesu SP-20 speaker, AL-811 Linear (600w), MFJ-962D Tuner, and Yaesu MD-100 microphone.

Station note:  radio cabinet cooled using thermostatically-controlled AC INFINITY cabinet fan system.

(2) HF (legacy) - Kenwood TS-820s, VFO-820, AT-200, SP-820, and MC-50.

(3) VHF/UHF - Boafeng UV-5R and Mirage BD-35 linear.

(4) HF/VHF Antennas - T40HD ALUMA tower w/ (a) Hy-Gain TH-3JRS and (b) Cushcraft A50-3S 6m stack at 55 ft. Tower supports (c) 80m/40m dual-band trapped dipole in an inverted-V configuration.

(5) HF Vertical Antenna - Hy-Gain 18AVQII.

(6) VHF/UHF Antennas - (a) Diamond X50a and (b) Arrow OSJ 146/440.

Retired in August, 2014 from Dell as a systems analyst for integrated healthcare systems.  Currently a healthcare systems consultant and implementation specialist .  Previously worked as a licensed, clinical LAB Med Technologist for 37 years.  Interests besides amateur radio:  large-scale R/C planes and cycling.
