Hi, I am a ham interested in Emergency Service radio. I am a retired firefighter.I was a Communication Center Specalist in the USAF. I am a member of the Weber County Sheriff's Office comm team and the OARC.I am interested in the design and building of antennas, interested in digital communicatons (JT-65, JT-9) as well. I spend time on the Noon time Net 7.283.50 and the Utah Beehive Net 7.272. Signals drop and fade so as long as I get a signal report I will confirm a QSO whether or not I get a 73. Also any QSO NOT CONFIRMED within 30 days will be DELETED from my logs.

Radios:

Yaseau Ft-817-nd

Elecraft KX2

Alinco SR8T

Antennas:

Hustler 4BTV

Alpha Mag loop 80M-10M portable use.

2M yagi homebuilt tape measure.

2M J-Pole.

I upload daily and confirm all my contacts for LOTW, EQSL and QRZ.COM

SWL reports are welcome via e-qsl

73, to all

Ken
