Hello all!  I go by Glenn, my middle name.

Retired IT guy (long live COBOL) and sports photographer.

After starting out on 2M, my friend Jim (AI4SR) encouraged me to make the jump to HF which I have been resisting due to antenna restrictions.  Jim volunteered to come down from KY and help me get some antennas up in the attic, so I purchased an ICOM-7100 and set it up as a base station with an Alinco DM330 providing DC power for it. The attic is (way) less than optimal for antenna placement, but if it's all you can do, it's all you can do.  Being new to HF, appreciate ANY contacts to help build my log!

I live in a townhouse neighborhood  with antenna restrictions so "stealth antennas" are a hot topic for me.

Interested in ham since my days in the Navy back in the '70s.  I learned morse code there but interest in ham faded until recently when I finally decided to get my license.  Got the Technician and General on the same day!

Just got into PSK31 using DxLabSuite in 2016.  Also want to expand out to the other digital modes, since my antenna location is so noisy.
