Running FTDX3000 or Icom IC-7300, Acom 1000 amp, Palstar AT2KD tuner (only needed on 80/75), antennas are a ZS6BKW(modified G5RV) @ 55' broadside E/W for 80-6 meters, HyGain TH2MK3 @ 33' on HB wooden tower,40 meter delta loop top @ 50'. The above station pic with the FTDX3000 used with a Noble Radio PAN3K Panadapter which is designed to work with radio's with a 9Mhz output like the FTDX3&5K. The use of HRD & HDSDR software give a fantastic pan display plus point and click mouse control brings a new level of operating experience, up to one megahertz can be displayed.

Back in the 1990ies we built up a small but effective contest station on 1/3rd acre here on LI, the pic in the lower right hand corner is of the antenna farm. During that time we used my friends call KF2ET and then W2A, we did very well but the Long Island QTH helped. This QTH is no longer and sold back in 2003.

The pic on the lower bottom right is of the 72' tower at the ole contest QTH back between 1994 to 2002 in South Setauket, NY. This pic is just before the 1999 CQWW Phone weekend top antenna 4 el 20m@92',4el 10m@82', 3 el 40m@72',4 el 10m fixed EU@55',4 el 20m fixed EU@38' and 4 el 10m fixed EU@30'. The tower in the front is of the 54' tower, top antenna 5 el 15m@74',C3E mult 10/15/20m@ 55',5 el 15m fixed EU@36'. Calls used during those years were KF2ET and W2A, yes unreal stack of antennas on small 1/3rd acre plot in the burbs.
