This system will soon be upgraded to high power along side the 145.600 repeater by July 1st 2017. This system now features a BBS style voicemail messaging system in beta test, and will soon be added on to the vhf side in the coming weeks, in attempts to provide analog simplex voicemail in both bands. This system features 20 voicemail message banks. Messages can be stored for weeks or years even after power failure. Options available are, point to point messaging between hams, can store packet message data, club announcements, trader ads. There are tons of opportunities to explore! It can also be used in emergencies and will also be upgraded soon with e-power. Frequency: 445.600 tn 100.0hz UHF Voicemail exchange system instructions To leave a voicemail//// Step 1: Dial 1 Step 2: Wait for 3 beeps Step 3: Leave message with no breaks in transmitting. Your message will be played back for review, then stored on the message server. Checking messages//// To enter the voicemail retrieval system: Dial *000 The system will respond by playing the first message left in the server. There are 4 commands available in voicemail retrevial mode. Commands can only be entered after a simplex mesage is played. Within ten seconds after the first message, or any subsequent message is played. Dial 1 - Play previous message 2 - Repeate current message 3 - Play next message 0 - Erase current message & play next message If no command is entered, after ten seconds the system will automatically exit voicemail retrieval mode. The system also automatically exits this mode when the last message is played or when there are no messages stored, indicated by a low tone. The voicemail system use is open to all amateur stations in the local area. Please feel free to make use of it as much as you would like! I would like to thank all those before hand with help in testing this sytem. Feel free to share the information provided with whoever you like for system access.
