Have always been interested in electronics and radio, starting at a early age repairing, collecting them. In high school involved in a radio club getting our school on the air with a Drake 6&2 setup.

As time went on, work, family and school taking priority with radio falling by the side and didn't pick back up until 1991 when a friend and I took the Novice course given by the DARA group. The fuse was started and elevating through Tech plus, General, Advance and finally Extra.

I retired from a paper mill in February 2012 holding various positions over the years, Project Engineer, Plant Engineer, Plant Manager and retiring as Site Engineer. Now I can focus on radio.

Enjoy Dxing and contest.

Been married 49 years to my Wife Joana, resulting in three children.
