From November 25 through November 26 Contest Station PA6X participated in the CQ World Wide DX Contest CW. Category MULTI ONE. The same QTH was used as with the Dutch PACC contest earlier this year.

Kenwood TS590 + home made amplifier nicknamed "Uncle Joop" with 3x 4CX250 tubes.

Mult Station:

Kenwood TS590 + Ameritron AL811h

Antenna systems:                                                               

Band Antenna System
10m/15m/20m Spiderbeam (TNX Roy, PE1ONW)
40m 4-Square  + ½ wave dipole
80m ½ wave dipole
160m ¼ wave dipole

We used a stack match on 40m. TNX Cor, PD3MDM

February:

Contest Station PA6X will return to the airwaves during the Dutch PACC contest 2017 to be held on February 11 and 12. The contest starts at 12:00 UTC on the 11th and ends at 12:00 UTC on the 12th.

This year we will be QRV near the village of Neede in the province of Gelderland (GD).

We are looking forward to work you!

Contest Station PA6X

 

During the Dutch PACC contest 2016 we were QRV from the city of Zwartsluis in the province of Overijssel (OV).

The operators were: Rudi PA4UNX, Gerard PA7CW, Frank PC2D, Arnold PD2C & Michel PD3HIM.

Our antenna systems were:

10m: 5/8 wave Gain-Master
15m: 1/4 wave vertical with 8 radials
20m: 1/2 wave QRO End-Fet 
40m: 1/4 wave vertical with 8 radials + 1/2 wave dipole
80m: 1/2 wave dipole (inverted-V)
160m: 1/4 wave dipole (inverted-L) 

From our home QTH the city of Enschede other activities in 2016 included:

- Russian DX Contest

- CQ WPX CW Contest

 

QSL policy

All PA6X logs are uploaded to ARRL's Logbook of The World (LoTW). This is the quickest way to get your QSO with PA6X confirmed.

All the paper QSL-cards we receive via the bureau will be confirmed via the bureau. Please note that we do not proactively send out paper QSL-cards for all the QSOs we make. You can request your PA6X paper QSL card, to be send to you via the bureau, via Clublog's OQRS facility if needed.

No, we do not use eQSL.
