Hello dr OM/YL, thank you for seeing my page on qrz.com

I highly prefer the traditional method of QSLing - real paper qsl cards!

yes BUREAU - PREFERRED WAY. Czech qsl bureau works very well, so if your qsl bureau in your country works good, you will get my qsl card 100%.

yes LOTW - The only useful electronic qsl system. I upload my logs to LoTW usually every week, if I had some activity.

You can also choose the way of exchange of our qsl cards by direct mail with me, so if you select this way, email me for address first. I don´t need any return postage, I pay the postage by myself, because you send me card and I send you one back, so it is fair!

If you didn´t get my card for some reason, please send me an e-mail, I will check it and resend.

"QSO is short, but the QSL card is forever!!"

Few words about me and my station: I am living in beautiful countryside in small village on the hill, close to Kutna Hora city. I moved here after 35years living in the capital city Prague. I am active on all hf bands, but last years I am not so active on radio due to work and family commitments. I like all modes, but last periods I spend most of my time with digi modes such as RTTY, PSK, JTx etc.. I am also keen listener, so I spend a lot of time (the major part of my time by the radio) by listening nautical and air bands, decoding various unknown signals and at last hunting rare broadcast stations from interesting parts of the world.

Since my very first QSO I am still "small pistol" station, no amplifiers, no yagis, just 100W and couple of wires. My current antennas are homemade 8-band modified FD-4, fullsize G5RV, some LW's and vertical for 10/12m. My main trx is IC-7600, but sometimes I still use my old FT-767.

I am NOT hunter of dxcc , I do NOT collect any awards and I do NOT participate in any charts. I LOVE COLLECTING PAPER QSL CARDS. Besides the ham radio I love cats, music and aviation. I also hold callsign OK5X. See you on the bands, 73 de Jan

my (radio)cats: Anna, Betty, and Jitka

some of my antennas: G5RV and 8-band FD-4 with the feed point on the top of my barn.
