NOTE: On 9/5/16 I put a Raspberry Pi 20 Dbm WSPR transmitter on 20 meters with an attic dipole at my town house in Bellevue, Wa. It is a Pi3 with the TAPR shield and suggested software.

I live in Bellevue, Washington, a suburb of Seattle.  I have been a remote base operator since 1968, starting with a Motorola outdoor cabinet on a nearby water tank on Peaceable Ridge in Connecticut. Now, in Maine I operate with a Flex 6300, a Flex 6700 and two Alpha 87A's. The antennas are a MonstIR for three full size elements on 40 & 30 meters and four full size elements on 20 meters and higher. A full size two element cubical quad with eight beverage receive antennas are used for 160 meters. These are mounted on a former AT&T 90 meter high tower. My primary control is from my iPhone, iPad and laptop computer.

The SteppIR has the six meter add on kit. A four stack of 5 element K1FO's for two meter SSB/CW are set at 240 degrees.
