September 27th, 2014. Back at home from IARU Reg I conference at Varna-Albena (Bulgaria) 20 - 26 september 2014. Thanks for very nice hosting and hospitality from BFRA members and for good organization for this meeting. My pleasure to make " eye ball QSO"with many bulgarian radioamateurs and others already worked by radio. See you all again on CW.
QSL sent direct from JAPAN : please don't use Prepaid Enveloppes nor Aérogramme type enveloppes. Use Normal Air Mail enveloppes for return.TKS.
Don't send Paypal for QSL request !
OQRS . Why I dont accept OQRS ? My QSL service via bureau is FREE of charge (You request my QSL by a simple email (if "not In the log" I send an amail to you). and you receive it without sending your QSL. It is the low cost way to get my QSL). If you want a direct QSL you pay only the return postage, no more. I dont accept the cost of 3, 4, 5 or more $ per each qsl requested by some OQRS users. My QSL service is a non profit service, but only a service based on Ham spirit. That is all.
December 2013, main operator of 3A60ARM : I made 2,501 CW QSO, 40 SSB, 11 Digimode, 75 DXCC, 36 US
3A60ARM (op 3A2LF) by modes
3A60ARM (op 3A2LF) by bands
STATISTICS : my last 30,000 QSO on 31th december 2013, by modes/bands.
(August 2012) If you need my QSL via Bureau send an email and my QSL will be printed and posted through the 3A QSL Bureau wich send twice a year (January and July) QSLs to other QSL bureau worldwide. In this case DONT send ypur QSL. I dont collect anymore QSL paper (except new one I need and I request direct).
Current QSL direct
My station (2008)
Usualy I work Simplex. To avoid confusion , a few hints to make our life easier and our hobby more fun and effortless (i.e. some DX rules according to DX Code of Conduct):
ABOUT PAPER QSL... some topics
In addition to LoTW and eQSL (AG), I am proud to be 100% QSL. I can send via buureau QSL on request by Mail (not necessary to send your QSL).
When I receive a card from bureau or even direct I will add any QSO's after the date on the same card sent to YOU via bureau or direct, this saves on cards and costs.
100% QSL DIRECT (prefered for fast delivery) or 100% QSL via Bureau. Be carefull before sending QSL via Bureau : QSL bureau need loooooooong time (3 years at least to ... eternity ! For direct QSL pse SAE + 1NEW IRC 2017 model PREFERED or equivalent (foreign 3$ , Europe 2$ or 2€ euro. Sorry, now the rate change US$ to € euro increased to -40% (so IRC prefered). I don't collect green stamps nor IRCs, HI. Pay only the return of your card, no more ! If not, return via bureau.
Pour les stations francaises, PAS de DOLLARS (il est plus facile d'acheter un timbre que recuperer un dollar) je prefere une enveloppe self adressee correctement avec timbre francaisau tarif lettre en vigueur.
For multiple QSL request, add fee postage. Japanese prepaid enveloppes are not accepted by our national Postal service.

Monaco is only 2km2 city, a very small country. The WORST place for DX'ing ! We have a lot of urban QRN specialy in the evening with domestic apparatus (TV Plasma, PLC, motors engine, ecc, ecc), and by commercial communication equipment (Broadcast TX, digipeaters, U.SHF , radiocoms abord ships, ec, ecc.). Having big antennas is now just a dream.... I left my 12 m up tower and 3 el beam for a vertical ant. Sufficient for DX CW.
Panoramic view of Monaco (0 to 260 m a.s.l. Mountains around 800 to 1100 m a.s.l.
DX window widely open East, South
, West ... from 11th floor..
... open East to West ...
... to the North, Hum, Hum... as all others 3A ham radio.
My antenna, 7 bands, nice for CW DXing
