QSL-requests have to be send to manager DL6KVA only (via DARC-bureau or direct is ok).

Bureau and Direct QSLs can also be requested also using Club Log:

If You plan to send a direct-QSL-request please keep in mind the postage rates from Germany (0.58 EUR to Germany, 0.75 EUR to every other country).

So for a direct reply 1 IRC or 2 USD would be enough for up to 9 QSOs on one QSL.
