Bands and interests
My main interests for ham radio are low bands QSO and DXing, all contacts only CW.
Also perform DXCC award program , my current statuses :
DXCC - 306 contries,
5B DXCC - 8 bands ,
DXCC Challenger - 1769entities .
From time to time I take part of various contests mainly on CW.

About QSL
I respond to all requests for QSL cards via buro, direct or LoTW.

If you would like a direct QSL Card please send it to the above address and please include sufficient funds for postage which are $1.50 to the Europe and $2.20 to USA , Japan and Pacific, if you want the qsl mailed for you from Israel.
If you are patient enough to wait some time, send  SASE with
1 new properly stamped IRC - all countries 
OR
$2 to the Europe ,Russia, Middle East and Africa
$3 to USA , Japan, NA , SA , Fare East and Pacific

The QSL's will be mailed to you from the Israel though with some delay. In each envelope can enter up to 5 different QSL. I usually send the email with the confirmation that sent my cards on the day of sending.

Also present payments via PayPal , my Paypal account info@vgromyko.com .
In case payment via Paypal
to the Europe ,Russia Middle East, Africa will be $3
to USA , Japan, NA , SA , Fare East and Pacific  will be $4
please inform me about that QSOs via e-mail and I'll send you QSL.

For all questions on obtaining cards via email , and if my envelope for you or envelope from you was lost in the mail I will immediately send you a duplicate QSL.
