Professional Telecommunication Engineer, graduated of University at 1970, own more than 20 Certificates, few patents, more than 50 scientific articles

Since 1980 - President of Radio Sport Federation of Azerbaijan (i.e. National HAMs League)

Interests - assembling of HAM-equipment, participating on DX-peditions, Field operations, Antenna calculations and design .
